Once a booking is confirmed, customers are requested to inform us in advance in case of cancellation. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation. If a cancellation is made well in advance before the scheduled pickup time, a partial or full refund may be provided after deducting any applicable charges. However, last-minute cancellations or cancellations made at the time of pickup may not be eligible for any refund.
In case the service is not provided from our side due to unavoidable circumstances, customers will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling of the ride as per their convenience. Any delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen events will not be considered for refunds, but we will always try our best to ensure timely service.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time and will be credited through the original mode of payment or any other agreed method. Since taxi services are not physical products, there is no return applicable once the service has been delivered.
